• 03. An order is considered finalized and confirmed only once both parties have agreed upon the price, product details, and payment terms in writing.

3. Payment Terms

• • Depending on the asset, a deposit or full upfront payment may be required prior to sourcing or dispatch.

4. Delivery and Logistics

• • Estimated delivery timelines will be provided upon order confirmation. Timelines vary significantly depending on the nature of the product, sourcing location, and destination.
• • The risk of loss or damage passes to the client upon the successful delivery of the asset to the agreed-upon shipping address or designated carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

• • Due to the highly bespoke and specifically sourced nature of our assets, all sales are considered final unless the received item differs materially from the agreed-upon description.
• • Any requests for refunds or exchanges based on defects or misrepresentation must be submitted within seven (7) days of delivery, accompanied by comprehensive supporting evidence (e.g., photographs, documentation).
